Susquehanna Township Access to Public Records Policy

Susquehanna Township's Right-to-Know Policy for requesting and processing public records is in accordance with the  Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § 66.1 et seq., as amended, by Act 3 of 2008. All requests foror review and/or duplication public documents must be made on the approved form, identified as the Susquehanna Township Right-To-Know request form (see attachment below). The form must be filled out completely with adequate identification or description of the requested record and sufficient detail to enable the Township to ascertain which records are being requested.
