Susquehanna Township Access to Public Records Policy

Susquehanna Township's Right-to-Know Policy for requesting and processing public records is in accordance with the  Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § 66.1 et seq., as amended by Act 3 of 2008. The complete policy can be found in the attachments shown below.  Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Open Records Officer, David Pribulka, Township Manager, at 717-909-9223.

All requests for review and/or duplication of public documents must be made on the approved form, identified as the Susquehanna Township Right-To-Know request form (see attachment below). The form must be filled out completely with adequate identification or description of the requested record and sufficient detail to enable the Township to ascertain which records are being requested.
