Property Maintenance Board of Appeals
The Property Maintenance Board of Appeals is the administrative hearing board that is established by ordinance to hear appeals from individuals who own property in Susquehanna Township, and have been sent a notice for property maintenance code and certain nuisance code violations. The Property Maintenance Board of Appeals is appointed by the Board of Commissioners. They meet on the second Monday of each month at 3:00 p.m.
