Seasonal Park Maintenance Positions Open!

Susquehanna Township Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting applications for Summer Seasonal Maintenance Positions.

Recreation Maintenance Workers are responsible for providing assistance in executing a high-level maintenance program for recreation areas located within Susquehanna Township. This position is seasonal and part-time. Park Maintenance Workers must be okay with working outside in various weather conditions and must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. In order to perform this job, a candidate must have the ability to navigate uneven ground to reach more remote areas of the parks as needed. This position will be responsible for athletic field prep, park cleanliness, and emptying of trash receptacles in the parks. This position reports directly to the Parks and Recreation Director.

Job Types: Temporary, Part-time

Salary: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Evenings, Weekend, and Holiday availability required.

Employment qualification must be able pass a criminal background check.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

PA Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: Multiple locations.
