Central PA first FitCourt

Susquehanna Township is proud to announce that we will have a new Fit Court installed at Veterans Memorial Park this Fall.  This is the first of its kind in Central Pennsylvania.  This will be a unique fitness opportunity with an outdoor gym.  This outdoor gym is designed for adults of all ages and abilities, is fully accessible, and will provide complete instruction on how to use the equipment to get the best out of your workout.  You will be able to access workouts for all fitness levels, challenges, and training tools on a free nationwide Fitness Court App.

The Fit Court will be installed at the trailhead of the Veterans Park Trail this fall.  We look forward to having you continue or start your fitness journey on Central Pennsylvania’s first Fitness Court.  This project was funded through a grant from the National Fitness Challenge and the Recreation Developers Fund.
