Report a Concern/Service Request

As a community, we are working hard to ensure safe and clean neighborhoods. While we are only open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., we know that you are in your neighborhood 24/7. There may be issues that you notice in the evenings or on the weekends, and we want to make sure that you have an easy way to share your concerns with us.

Click here to share your concerns or to report a service request.  This service is not to be used to report an emergency situation or a potential police issue.  For emergencies or reports of criminal activity, please dial 9-1-1.  Non-emergency police issues can be reported through Crimewatch.

To provide the best service, please be sure to fill in all the required information as accurately as possible. Please allow five to seven days for requests to be processed, especially on the weekends.  This Request Center is not monitored 24/7.
