Platoon Commander (D)
Sgt Nelson started with the Susquehanna Township Police in 1984. He is
a veteran of the United States Air Force, and holds a B.S. in Criminology from
Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Sgt Nelson has held varied positions with the department, including patrol
officer, detective, detective sergeant, and current D platoon commander.
He is a trained Evidence Specialist and an expert in juvenile law.
