Reporting Street Lights Out

To report street light outage: Call PPL at: 1-800-DIAL-PPL (1-800-342-5775)

Be prepared to give the following information:

• Location of street light (street and nearest intersection)
• Numbers on the pole. These numbers are on metal strips on the pole itself. Sometimes they are silver, sometimes other colors. (See example)
