1. Approval of Minutes – April 28, 2008.
2. W.S. MILLER & SONS, INC. – A
Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for a 1,976
square foot addition onto an existing building
located at 3907 N. Front Street. The property is
approximately 36,000 square feet in size and is
located in the COL, Commercial Office Limited Zoning
District.
3. PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT – A Request from
Templar Elmerton, LLC in connection with a proposed
development of an approximately 3.24 acre parcel
located at the Southwest corner of Elmerton and
Progress Avenues. The proposed Amendment would allow
for a neighborhood pharmacy to be located in the CN,
Commercial Neighborhood District among other
corollary adjustments to the criteria applicable to
neighborhood pharmacies.
