SUSQUEHANNA TOWNSHIP  July 26, 2010
PLANNING COMMISSION TIME:  7:00 P.M.

 

1.      Approval of Minutes – June 28, 2010.

 

2.      ACT 537 PLAN – Sewage Facilities Plan for the purpose of evaluating the wastewater disposal needs of the Township based on anticipated future growth within the Township and the operation of existing sewage disposal facilities.

 

3.      PAXTON CHURCH ROAD OFFICE BUILDING – A Preliminary/Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for the purpose of subdividing property for a lot line adjustment and the development of four (4) office buildings (5,120 square feet each) and other related site improvements on Proposed Lot #1.  The property is approximately 8.5 acres and is located at 2340 Paxton Church Road in the R-1, Low Density Residential District and the BOR, Business-Office-Residential Zoning District.

 

4.      BEAUFORT TERRACE PHASE I – A Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for the purpose of subdividing 5.31 acres from a parcel containing 42.02 acres.  The 5.31 acre parcel will be utilized for seven (7) single family dwellings.  The property is located East of Mountain View Road and North of Blue Ridge Road.  The property is located in the C, Conservation District and the R-1, Low Density Residential District.

 

5.      GARY & SANDRA CONRAD – A Final Subdivision Plan to reconfigure property lines at 1201B and 1203 Roberts Valley Road .  Each property currently contains a single family dwelling and no construction is being proposed.  The property is located in the R-1, Low Density Residential District.

 

6.      HAMPTON INN & SUITES – A Proposed Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for the purpose of subdividing an existing lot and building a 14,000 square foot hotel with 96 rooms.  The property is located on Capital Drive in the CH, Commercial Highway Zoning District.

 

7.      HARMONY KNOLL – A Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for the purpose of constructing eight (8) townhouses.  The parcel is 1.03 acres and is located in the BOR, Business-Office-Residential Zoning District.  The property is on the Northeast corner of Paxton Church Road and Reichert Road .

 

8.      THE TOWNES AT MARGARET’S GROVE – A Proposed Final Subdivision Plan for the purpose of subdividing an existing 24.26 acre lot into two (2) separate lots.  Lot #1 will have 18.96 acres, while Lot #2 will have 5.3 acres.  The property is located on Continental Drive in the R-4, Residential Urban District.

 

9.      APPLE CREEK – A Proposed Final Subdivision Plan to subdivide two (2) existing lots into four (4) proposed lots.  The lots will be utilized for single family dwellings and the total acreage for all four (4) lots is 2.92 acres.  The properties are on Pebble Court and Paxton Church Road and are located in the R-2, Medium Density Residential District.
