STPR MOTOR COACH
POLICIES 2009 |
|
Trips are for all ages and designed for family time. No alcohol,
smoking or obscene behavior is permitted or tolerated. All
videos shown will be PG or PG13 to adhere to those guidelines.
Trips are subject to
maximum and minimum numbers. Any trip may be cancelled with
insufficient registration 30 days prior to departure.
STPR day trips on weekends and summer leave from the Susquehanna
Township Football Stadium Parking lot. Weekday trips and most overnight
trips depart from Veterans Park on Elmerton Avenue. Free parking
is available at both locations.
Buses begin loading one half hour prior to announced departure.
No seat is assigned or reserved. All seats are occupied on a
first come first served basis and do not rotate throughout trip.
Our trip price does NOT include a gratuity for the driver. If
the quality of trip meets your approval it is recommended that
$1.50 / $2.00 per person be considered.
Cancellations receive refunds up to day of departure ONLY if
replacement traveler can be found. There is a standard $5.00
administrative fee for all refunds for any reason.
Recreation Office takes registrations from 9:00AM – 5:00 PM
daily. Cash or check only, no credit card is accepted by the
Recreation Department. A registration form must be on file for
all participants to board the coach. |
