NEW BUSINESS
There was a hearing scheduled with
Michael’s Pizza and Deli which did not
Occur but a discussion with the owners of the establishment did occur. The
Outcome of the discussion was for Lynn Roche to set up a time to come and
Discuss the procedures with the owners and the employees of the restaurant
And things to move forward from this time forward.
At this time; there is not additional need to have an additional hearing at a
Later date.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made for adjournment and it
was done by Dr. Mark Cohen
and seconded by Richard Bronstein. The meeting was adjourned at
1:00p.m.
The next regularly scheduled Health Board meeting will be on September
20, 2007.
