Lynn’s Report brought up the ongoing
problems with Michael’s Pizza &
Deli and continues to fail follow-up inspections. A bill has been sent for
Failing two follow-up inspections in a row and being extremely difficult
To work with. The board requested a representative from the establishment
To come to the June Health Board to discuss the matter.
Price Rite was much better on their follow-up inspection concerning meat
Being sold that was moldy and time/temperature abuse were present from
The transport from the distribution center.
NEW BUSINESS
Edward Ward, Jr. representing Penn Waste
was present to discuss some
Concerns that residents have experienced with the Customer Service Dept..
Also other trash related matters were discussed.
The Health Board and Susquehanna Township paid tribute to Dr. Bernard
Margolis for 23 years of dedicated service to the Health Board and township.
Everyone will miss him.
There was a lengthy discussion concerning the storage of motor vehicles and
The ordinance for the township and how to enforce it. The discussion
Focused on what type of vehicles are allowed to be stored on private
Property.
The next Health Board meeting will be on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at
Noon.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made for adjournment and it
was done by Dr. Bernard
Margolis and seconded by Dr. Mark Cohen. The meeting was adjourned at
12:40p.m.
The hearing for 4020 Crooked Hill Road followed the regular scheduled
Meeting.
