APPROVED MINUTES Approval of the Health Board Minutes of December 15, 2005 was Approved by Dr. Mark Cohen, and seconded by Dr .Bruce Goodman.

OLD BUSINESS Discussion occurred over the new trash hauler and how things are
Progressing and how many complaints I have received. Discussion
Occurred over what the township is doing concerning the woody waste
Program and also concern was raised about the number of private toters
That residences have acquired. These issues will be determined and ready
For Board approval at the February Board of Commissioners meeting.

Discussion occurred over the ongoing problem with Fox’s Market and what
To do about the situation. A copy of the Health Inspection from the Hershey
Fox’s was submitted to the Health Board for their review. Another
Inspection will be occurring shortly in January.

Up on Forest Oak Lane concerning saw tooth beetles as to the status of the
Situation. The situation is going before DJ Shugars on Friday, September 30
The defendant has chosen the hardest route possible to get the matter
Resolved. DJ Shugars stated that the defendant must allow access to the
House before Halloween. A re-inspection of the property has been set up for
Friday, October 14 at 1:00p.m. The defendant ignored the requests and did
Not show for two inspections. DJ Shugars was informed of the situation and
And asked me to try one more time to have a housing code inspection. A
Re-inspection of the property did occur on Wednesday, November 9, 2005
And at that time no active infestation was found. I did state to her verbally
And in a letter that she was required to obtain a professional exterminator to
Evaluate the situation by Wednesday, November 30, 2005. A re-inspection
Was set up for Friday, December 16, 2005 with Edward Murphy, Sales
Manager for Orkin. The results of the re-inspection will be discussed at
The January Health Board Meeting. At the re-inspection that was scheduled
For January 9, 2006; Edward Murphy, Sales Manager with Orkin and Lynn
Roche attempted the re-inspection and there was no answer. A repeat re
Inspection of the property at 232 Forest Oak Lane did occur on Thursday,
January 12, 2006 and there was no evidence of saw-tooth beetles and the
Case is now closed as far as the Township is concerned.

NEW BUSINESS It was brought up by President Richard Bronstein that new ID cards were needed and that Jonnienne Urban would take of that and have the new
Cards available for the Health Board for the next Health Board Meeting.

It was also discussed that there will be no February Health Board meeting
Due to the surgery of Lynn Roche unless a need arises. The next Health
Board Meeting will be held on March 16, 2006.
